Step by step carpet cleaning process:
- Walk through with you to discuss expectations and to identify problem areas
- Vacuum carpet
- Pre-treat spills and spots
- Apply cleaning agent
- Use carpet rake to work in cleaning agent into the carpet
- Allow cleaning agent to dwell for about 10 minutes
- Extract cleaning agent and soil from the carpet using a carpet wand
- Re-stroke carpet with a wand to remove additional mosture
- Treat and spots left cleaning
- Apply protector
- Rake carpet to work in protector and to decrease drying time
